velocitygirlThe infection didn't get to thrive long in Inyri. The clean room, coupled with the antibiotics and new, clean bacta fought it off.
She was back to bobbing like normal, the steady stream of bubbles letting the nurses know she was okay. That and the steady beeping of a heart monitor. She spent a good ten hours in the bacta tank this time; the bacta readily recycled through every two hours. Just to make sure.
She woke up when she was supposed to and for the first time in the past few days, she looked stronger. She didn't loll to the side when they moved her and her grip was stronger.
She even walked a bit, in her shift, with wet hair from the bacta. They let her carefully, holding onto things, go to the 'fresher without assitance (thank the Gods, 'cause that got embarrassing).
'Course...the bar she entered wasn't the 'fresher.
